Free plan: New accounts receive 3 free analyses. Free analyses are non-transferable and expire if not used.
Paid plans: Pro and Business plans are one-time purchases that unlock the service for 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (annual) from the date of purchase.
Payments: All payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). By completing a purchase you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
Refunds: Due to the digital and consumable nature of the service, we generally do not offer refunds once a plan has been activated. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@myclearsign.com and we will review your case.
